Pricing questions

What people ask before buying

Is the price per user?
No. The license covers the whole company within the plan's limits, so your bill doesn't grow every time you hire someone.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, any time. Only the prorated difference for your remaining license period is charged, and the upgrade takes effect the same day with no reinstall.
What happens if we exceed a limit?
The system keeps running. We notify you, and you choose between upgrading or adding just what you exceeded.
Is there a trial period?
Yes — thirty days on your own data after installation, with no commitment if it's not a fit.
What if we stop renewing?
The system stays on your server and your data remains fully yours. Updates and support stop, and we hand you a full database export whenever you ask.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No, 15% VAT is added to the invoice.
